You should register before 1st May to benefit from reduced registration fee. The registration fee includes attending to the sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, guided tour around Madrid, official dinner and the documentation of the symposium.

(*) One regular registration fee at the advance registration rate must be paid by one of the authors before uploading the final version of the paper for inclusion in the symposium CD.

The guided tour around Madrid is free for accompanying persons, they don’t need to be registered, but if they are interested in the official dinner additional tickets (60 €/person) should booked in advance by means of the on-line Registration Form.

The symposium organisation has negotiated, through the travel agency Halcón Viajes, reduced hotel rates for symposium participants.
